The percentage of 25-34 year olds with some kind of postsecondary degree swas 39.3 percent as of 2010. As part of Community College Week’s 25th anniversary observance, we present a list of the 25 states with the highest percentage of residents with some kind of postsecondary degree. Though it’s technically not a state, we’re including the District of Columbia in our list.
