POV: A New Role
The issue that you hold in your hands marks my last and Paul Bradley’s first as editor of Community College Week.
I have stepped aside to become the point-of-view editor. While the change entails getting out of the news grind, it still means being able to keep up with what’s going on in the community college world and more importantly, getting to hear what’s on the minds of readers.
Got an opinion? Does something make you angry? Is the world overlooking something that you can point out in a poignant, cohesive, clear or eloquent manner? Do your thoughts have broad relevance to the two-year college world?
I need to hear from you.
I’m looking forward to this new role and hope that together – meaning with the help of you, the reader – we can make the point-of-view section a significant community of conversation that breeds new ideas, instills fresh passion, and motivates us all to work to make higher education better.
